Cold Room System Specifications

Panel Features

• Wall and ceiling panels are 15 cm thick sandwich panels with 42 kg/m³ polyurethane core.
• Both sides use 0.5 mm galvanized and painted steel.
• Panels are made from 15 cm fire-resistant PIR (polyurethane) material.
• All panels are cam-locked and suitable for modular assembly.

Cold Room Doors

• Doors measure 2.5 m x 2.5 m with a sliding (rail) mechanism.
• Isothermal doors provide full insulation preventing thermal bridges.
• Door thickness is 12 cm, delivering high thermal insulation.

Cooling and Electrical Systems

Our dual-mode cold storage supports both fresh and frozen goods between +4°C and -25°C—enhancing operational efficiency and product quality.

Compressor:

DORIN H2001CC and H3000CC compressors are used in the system.

Evaporator:

Karyer EA250AC10 and EA350AC10 evaporators are preferred.

Condenser:

Cooling is supported by a Karyer condenser.

Refrigerant Circuit Equipment:

The circuit uses Danfoss-brand refrigerant circulation equipment.

Internal and External Fans:

German-made EBM internal and external fans are used.

Expansion Valve and Refrigerant:

The system runs on Freon 404 and integrates with a suitable expansion valve.

Digital Display Unit:

A Dixell brand digital controller is used on the control panel.

Electrical Components:

The electrical panel features SIEMENS components. REÇBER cables comply with TSE and international standards, are halogen-free, cold-resistant, and provide safe insulation.
